Howdy! So, transfers came this week, aaaaaaaaaaaand.....
nothing changed. I´m going to have 6 more weeks here in Bella Vista with
Elder Juzga, EEEEEEEEEEEEESAAAAAAAAA!!!!! This is our 3rd transfer together,
and that´s unheard of here! But ya, it´s been an interesting week. We got
bikes this week, so we´re psyched. It´ll be interesting not walking all
over the area as much. We had Interviews with the President yesterday, so I got
some great advice from him. I loved a quote that he shared from Brigham
Young, where he talks about how when he was called to preach the gospel, he
felt a fire in his bones, and if he didn´t preach and share the gospel with all
his might, that fire would consume him. I want that fire constantly with
me. I´ve felt it here in the mission, but it´s a hard thing to maintain
constantly. I suppose it´s a thing for which we need to pray unceasingling, so
that we shall be blessed with it.
Also, I was reading a bit this week in the book of Helaman.
And the chapter that really called my atention was chapter 5, when Helaman is
sending his sons out to teach the Gospel. He speaks about how we should
remember the names of those who came before us (In my case, Joshua) and we
should also bring forth good works, so that others may look back on us and call
us blessed. All that we think and do has a consequence, so. we should
think on this, and make a grand effort to be great.
I hope all of this made sense, I´m writing a little rushed,
but just know that I´m grateful for this Gospel, this message of Hope, and for
the Lord´s example that he´s given to us
Hurrah for Israel!!!!!
