Usen Las Escrituras

Hola a Todos. Alrighty, this week was pretty cool. One fun thing that we did was that we made empanadas in the house of the Farías Family (The friends of Anibal, who has his baptismal date for this upcoming Sunday, pray for him please) I love working with the members in order to find people to teach, the vision of our mission is inspired. Also this week, we had a training meeting with President Teixeira (An area 70) and he taught us alot about how to work in different methods.  He talked about working alot, and working effectively also (Through the members of the church)
I think I´ve mentioned that it´s warming up here. Well, it was hot Friday, but then the climate changed Saturday, and it was freezing cold and pouring rain (The weather here´s insane...)  Almost all of our appointements failed that day which was fantastic (not).
But hey, despite the difficulties, I feel really blessed to be able to bless the people here (To the best of my ability).  Being servants of the Lord, people confide in us their problems and struggles that they are having, so that we can help them.
I can honestly say that the scriptures have come to be a great help and friend of mine here in the mission.  They are literally the word of God, and provide comfort and power in a way that we cannot with our own words alone.  We really need to make a grand effort to be familiar with the scriptures, and to have the wisdom in order to utilize them well. If we can do this... wow, we´ll be grander servants of the Lord, equipped with power!
Bueno, sé que esta obra es la obra de Dios, y que este Evangelio es suyo. Estoy agradecido por mi salvador, Jesucristo, y también por su iglesia, y la esperanza que nos puede traer.  Esta. Es. La. Verdad.
Hurrah For Israel.
